Features:

1. The machine adopts the design concept of South Korea’s Qinglong Company. We are the only manufacturer in Dongguang County that uses steel plate assembled side frames to fix the folding arms, ensuring stable operation without shaking.
2. The folding belts are driven by independent motors. Each belt group has its own motor, which extends the service life of the belts and reduces belt tension.
3. The machine uses vacuum suction to convey cardboard, ensuring stable feeding and deviation correction during operation.
4. Three creasing devices are added to the folding section to compensate for insufficient creasing from the printing machine and eliminate the shear deviation in carton gluing.
5. The gluing head uses roller gluing.
6. Functions including automatic order change via computer and automatic order storage.
7. The counting and discharge section adopts straight-out paper delivery, shortening the conveying distance, especially suitable for small cartons.
8. The discharge section adopts a direct-push type, solving the problem of small cardboard collapsing caused by the traditional hook-type discharge.
9. The printing section and gluing section can be linked at different speeds. After inputting the total width of the cardboard, the gluing belts automatically track each other, achieving a minimum distance of 5–10 cm between sheets. This reduces belt speed, improves gluing efficiency, and lowers unnecessary belt wear.

2. Function Introduction of the Carton Gluing Machine

1. Gluing Section

   The gluing section adopts a roller gluing system that automatically adjusts with the machine speed. When the machine stops, the gluing unit rotates automatically at a constant speed to prevent glue leakage. The glue volume can be freely adjusted as needed, easily and quickly.
2. Whole Machine Linkage

   The belts in the folding section are individually adjustable; each belt speed can be set freely, with precise control of the notch size.

   Connected with the printing section, it can automatically accelerate or decelerate synchronously with the water-ink printing machine for easy and practical adjustment.
3. Cardboard Folding

   Folding is adjusted by belts and rubber wheels, allowing convenient adjustment of the folding angle.
4. Pre-creasing Section

   Equipped with three creasing devices to improve creasing quality and ensure perfect carton forming.

   Cardboard thickness is adjustable between 1 mm and 12 mm.
5. Cardboard Stacking & Counting

   Cardboard stacking adopts a mechanical insertion type to control stacking height.

   A special color recognition sensor ensures accurate counting.

   The counting quantity can be set freely on the touch screen.
